How and when are affiliate commissions paid?

Commissions are paid monthly, around the 15th of each month, via PayPal or Payoneer. Payments are for sales that have cleared our standard 30-day refund/cancellation period.
You earn a one-time commission for each new customer: $50 for Starter/Business plans and $75 for Ecommerce/Custom plans. There are no recurring commissions in the affiliate program.
No. Joining the Hostivus Affiliate Program is completely free. There are no hidden fees or minimum requirements.
Your affiliate tracking links and cookies are set to a 90-day cookie duration. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, you get the commission.
Yes, you can promote on any legitimate platform. However, you may not use paid advertising that bids on our brand keywords (e.g., “Hostivus”) without prior written approval.
For a commission to qualify, the customer must be brand new to Hostivus. Our system checks for existing accounts; referrals of past or current clients are not eligible.
Yes. After approval, you get access to a dashboard with banners, text links, and email swipes to make promotion easier.
You will have a dedicated affiliate dashboard to track clicks, conversions, pending commissions, and payment history in real-time.
You must comply with our Affiliate Program Agreement, which prohibits spam, misleading claims, and brand keyword bidding. We encourage honest, authentic promotion.
